Our flexible Pay-As-You-Go monthly Student Mailbox Pickup plan is an ideal solution for individuals looking for a temporary or permanent mailing address, to keep the home address private. We provide a flexible pay monthly rolling contract that you can cancel at any time providing 30 days notice from your next rolling date.

You can pick up your mail between 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and use our address for third parties:

We also provide you with unlimited mail handling and do not charge additional fee’s for large amounts of mail. When we receive your post, we will hold it securely for you until you can collect it from your mail box or PO Box. You can call us whenever you like to check if you have post waiting for you so that you never make a wasted journey.

Student Mailbox Pickup Plus – £9.99 P/Mth (PAYG)

Our Student Mailbox Pickup Plus plan carries all of the same features as our Virtual Office Collect plan with the addition of providing you with 24 hour key entry access to your mail box or PO Box at our offices in Congleton, Cheshire. You can visit the premises to collect your mail at any time that suits you, day or night, seven days a week including bank and public holidays, 24/7/365.

Student Mailbox Forwarding Plan – £12.99 P/Mth (PAYG – No Mail Item Handling Fee’s)

With our Student Mailbox Forwarding plan, you receive all of the features included with our other plans and in addition, we can post your mail to you to a forwarding address. We do not charge mail handling surcharge fee’s like other virtual office provider’s. We only charge you for the cost of the stamps for us to post the mail out to you and we can post your mail at intervals to suit you.

You will be required to place monies on account for postage in advance of any post being sent out to you for the postal fees we will incur and mail will not be posted out to you if there is insufficient funds on your account to cover the cost of sending out your mail. Please note the minimum amount you can pay on account is £20. At which time, your postage funds are running low, we will automatically debit your account for an additional £20 or other amount you may wish to pay.

Meeting Room Access & Your Discounted Rates

Meeting room access with discounted rates is also included in all of our virtual office plans. A discounted hourly rate of 25% will be applied to any charges you incur for use of our meeting room at any time in the future. Please see our Meeting Rooms page for further details.
