Thank you for choosing us. Your virtual office account application is now complete and your account is active and ready to use. You now have full licensed use of our virtual address service and can begin using our address immediately.

You will also shortly receive some emails from our direct debit processing partner at GoCardless, confirming your monthly subsciption fee, virtual office plan and monthly payment cycle.

Under the KYC rules, we legally require two forms of ID from our clients for our records including photo ID and proof of address. Details of how to provide this information to us are contained in your confirmation email.

Please note we are unable to pass on any mail we may receive for you until we have received the necessary identification documents we require.
